The Story of Riverlineb

Our story began in Pescasseroli, a small mountain town in the heart of Abruzzo, surrounded by the forests and peaks of the national park. Winters here are long and cold, and a good coat is not a luxury but a necessity. Growing up in a place like this teaches you how much a well made piece of outerwear really matters.

Riverlineb was founded in November 2013, and on 15 January 2014 we opened our shop on Piazza Vittorio Emanuele III, right in the centre of town. From the beginning we worked both as a clothing wholesaler and as a local store. Working with suppliers taught us what separates quality fabric and careful tailoring from clothes that only look good on the hanger. Standing behind the counter every day taught us what people actually want: pieces that fit well, feel right and still look good after many seasons.

We are a small, family run business led by Italo Gallinelli, and we have always preferred it that way. Being small means we know our products and we choose every piece with care.

Over the years we noticed that the items our customers came back for were almost always the same: a coat that kept them warm through a mountain winter, a jacket they could wear every day, a blazer that made them feel put together without trying too hard. So we decided to focus on what we know best. Today our collection is dedicated entirely to jackets, blazers and coats.
