Refund and Returns

We want you to love your new jacket, blazer or coat from Riverlineb. If something is not right, here is how our return and refund process works.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party you have named (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period begins on the day you receive the last parcel.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@riverlineb.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but this is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 day period has ended.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

1. Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received them. Trying the item on to check the size and fit is of course fine.

2. Clean and undamaged, with no signs of wear, stains, odours, perfume, deodorant marks or pet hair, and with all labels and tags still attached.

3. Returned in their original packaging where possible, including any garment bags, spare buttons and care instructions.

4. Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example with custom alterations made at your request.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please email us at info@riverlineb.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with instructions on where and how to send your parcel. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this can delay your refund.

Within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw, please send the items back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we have received your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

We also refund the standard delivery costs of your original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, the extra cost will not be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, unless the item you received was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want. This also makes sure your preferred item is still in stock.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@riverlineb.com with your order number and photos of the item, so we can resolve the issue quickly. All products are covered by the two year legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If some time has passed and you have not yet received your refund, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@riverlineb.com and we will look into it for you.
