2. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
By using this website, you confirm that:

4. The information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take care to describe and price our jackets, blazers and coats as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that:
1. Product photos are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
2. Measurements and sizes are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces.
3. Availability can change without notice, especially for limited stock items.
4. We may correct pricing or listing errors at any time.
5. Small variations in fabric, texture or colour that are typical of the material are not considered defects.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order with Riverlineb, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or ship your items.
We reserve the right to:
1. Cancel an order due to a stock, pricing or technical error.
2. Decline orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorised.
3. Limit the quantity of any product a single customer can buy.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method as soon as possible.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
1. All prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT.
2. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
4. We may decline or cancel any transaction we suspect to be fraudulent.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all orders from Italy to customers in Italy and Germany only. Orders with free shipping are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, payment checks or circumstances outside our control. Further details can be found in our Shipping and Delivery policy.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU consumer law. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled as described in our Refund and Returns policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. LEGAL GUARANTEE
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. If an item you receive is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced or refunded. The guarantee applies to defects that become apparent within two years of delivery. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem.
10. PROPER USE AND CARE
Our jackets, blazers and coats should be worn and cared for according to the care label and any instructions provided. Normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, bleaching or other misuse, is not covered as a defect.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics and design, belongs to Riverlineb, Gallinelli Moda S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide licence to use that content for marketing and business purposes. You confirm that anything you submit is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of others. We may remove submitted content at our discretion.
13. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Our website may link to or use third party services such as payment providers and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of these services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

17. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, strikes or similar circumstances.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on our website and do not apply to orders already placed. By continuing to use the site after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
